I love helping people Dare2B true to who they are - judgement free, heard, understood, encouraged and supported. My aim is to help my clients find freedom - to stop worrying about what others think and needing to be perfect - and with the freedom to dare2b, they can grow self-confidence and belief to create and action a vision for their future.

My coaching sessions are designed to discover and resolve the issues that prevent us from being, doing or having what we want in life. Such as over-thinking, second-guessing themselves due to hurts, emotions and beliefs caused by past events, relationships, memories or habits.

Using Hypnosis, NLP and Matrix Therapy, I tailor each coaching session to the needs of my client to make real impact via the unconscious mind, which controls our thoughts and feelings.
