My approach to coaching combines my personal experience in marriage over 40+ years, parenting, teaching, and leading in education.

Through my life journey, I can truly understand how my clients feel and what they are going through - as I too, have had to learn to trust myself, love myself, and connect to my higher self. I specialise in helping resolve conflicts and fears, to forgive past hurts that hold you back from loving yourself.

Through monthly Singles Soirées, I'm on a mission to create a community of sophisticated, sincere, spirited action-takers - to provide a friendly, inclusive & safe place to get out and get social, make new friends...have fun...connecting in meaningful conversations with laughs and authentic connection.
